About AWC Bag Sealers
Every sealer in this range is designed to produce a genuinely air- and water-tight seal, not just a cosmetic close.
From BOPP and LDPE through to foil, cellophane and laminates, there's a sealer in this range built for your specific film.
Every sealer plugs straight into a standard 240V outlet — no specialist wiring, no waiting on an electrician, no extra install cost before it's earning its keep on your line.
A secure seal on the first pass means fewer bags reopened, reworked or written off — protecting the product inside instead of costing you stock and staff time to fix it.
AWC’s bag sealer range covers everything from handheld spot-sealers and crimpers to bench-top impulse sealers, foot-operated units, and fully automatic conveyor-fed continuous band sealers — delivering air- and water-tight seals across BOPP, LDPE, PVC, foil, cellophane and laminate films for food, pharmaceutical, horticultural and medical packaging. Model choice comes down to volume and how hands-off you need the process to be: handheld tools suit occasional or spot-sealing jobs, bench-top and foot-operated units suit steady manual runs, and the Continuous Band Sealer suits higher-throughput lines that need a conveyor-fed, hands-free seal.
Bench-top sealers are hand-clamped for lower-volume runs. Foot-operated models (including the Constant Heat Bag Sealer) free up both hands for positioning bags. The Automatic Bag Sealer adds electronic cycling for faster, more consistent output, while the Continuous Band Sealer runs bags through a conveyor for genuinely hands-free, continuous sealing.
Seal width and film compatibility vary by model — from the Bench Top’s 2mm/5mm seals for BOPP, LDPE, and PVC films through to the Constant Heat Bag Sealer’s wider 10mm seal for cellophane and foil, and the handheld Crimper’s spot-seal for PE films, cellophane, and laminates.
Every machine on this page runs off a standard 240V plug and is backed by our in-house technical team for installation, servicing, and spare parts.
