About AWC Fully Automatic Inline Bundle Wrappers

A fully automatic inline bundle wrapper removes the operator from the cycle entirely. Bundles feed in from an upstream conveyor, get wrapped, sealed, and shrunk automatically, then continue downstream — no one has to load or unload the machine between cycles. That makes it the right step up once a semi-automatic machine’s operator-paced output becomes the bottleneck on your line.

The range spans four models built around two film-width platforms: the BP 800 AS and BP 802 AS share a 750mm film width and 380mm max pack height, while the BP 1102 AS and BP 1402 AS step up to 1050mm and 1350mm film widths respectively, with taller 400mm and 550mm max pack heights to match. All four integrate with standard conveyor infeed and outfeed.

Output is where the four models differ most: the BP 800 AS runs up to 12 packs per minute, the BP 1102 AS and BP 1402 AS up to 15ppm, and the BP 802 AS up to 20ppm — so the right model depends on both your bundle size and your target line speed.

Film Width sets the widest bundle each machine can wrap in a single pass. Choose between the 750mm platform (BP 800 AS / BP 802 AS) for cartons and multi-packs up to 380mm tall, or the 1050mm–1350mm platform (BP 1102 AS / BP 1402 AS) for larger bundles up to 550mm tall.

Max Pack Height is the tallest bundle the machine can seal cleanly — 380mm on the 800-series models, stepping up to 400mm and 550mm on the 1102 AS and 1402 AS.

All four models run on a 415V three-phase supply, standard for continuous-duty inline equipment at this output level. If your line doesn’t need conveyor integration or this level of throughput, our semi-automatic range is the lower-cost, operator-loaded alternative.

Every machine on this page is backed by our in-house technical team for installation, conveyor integration, servicing, and spare parts — so your line isn’t left waiting on an overseas manufacturer if something needs attention.

Fully Automatic Inline Bundle Wrapper FAQs

Bundles feed onto the machine from an upstream conveyor. The machine wraps film around each bundle, seals it, and shrinks it tight, then discharges it onto a downstream conveyor — all continuously, with no operator loading or unloading between cycles.

A semi-automatic machine needs an operator to load each bundle by hand, which caps output at a person’s pace. A fully automatic inline model integrates directly with conveyor infeed and outfeed and runs continuously without an operator, at a meaningfully higher cost, footprint, and throughput. It’s the right call once your volume outgrows what an operator-paced machine can keep up with.

Start with bundle size: the BP 800 AS and BP 802 AS run a 750mm film width and 380mm max pack height, suited to standard cartons and multi-packs. The BP 1102 AS and BP 1402 AS step up to 1050mm and 1350mm film widths with 400mm and 550mm max pack heights for larger bundles. From there, output separates them further — the BP 802 AS is the fastest of the four at up to 20ppm, followed by the BP 1102 AS and BP 1402 AS at up to 15ppm, and the BP 800 AS at up to 12ppm.

Output ranges from up to 12ppm on the BP 800 AS to up to 20ppm on the BP 802 AS, with the BP 1102 AS and BP 1402 AS running up to 15ppm. Actual sustained throughput depends on your bundle size, film settings, and how your conveyor feeds the line.

Yes — fully automatic inline bundle wrappers are designed to run inline with upstream and downstream conveyor equipment as part of a continuous line, rather than as a standalone station. Our technical team handles the conveyor integration as part of installation.

All four models run on a 415V three-phase supply, standard for continuous-duty industrial equipment at this output level.

That comes down to film width and max pack height. The BP 800 AS and BP 802 AS wrap bundles up to 750mm wide and 380mm tall. The BP 1102 AS and BP 1402 AS handle bundles up to 1050mm and 1350mm wide respectively, both up to 400mm–550mm tall.
