A fully automatic bundle wrapper runs the full wrap, seal, and shrink cycle without an operator, but — unlike our fully automatic inline range — it’s a standalone machine rather than one built into a conveyor line. That makes it the right fit for businesses that want automatic-grade output and consistency without redesigning their floor around continuous conveyor infeed and outfeed.

The range spans 10 models built around three film-width platforms: the BP 600 AR 150 runs a 540mm film width for smaller bundles, while the BP 800/802 series (AR 230R, AR 350P, AR 150Z, AR 280 ST) and the BP 802 ALV/ARV series step up to 750mm for larger bundles and multi-packs. All 10 share the same 380mm max pack height.

Output is where the range spreads furthest: the BP 802 ALV/ARV models lead at up to 25 packs per minute, the BP 600/BP 800/802 AR models run up to 17-20ppm, and the BP 800 AR 150Z sits at up to 15ppm — so the right model comes down to matching your target line speed to your bundle size.

Film Width sets the widest bundle each machine can wrap in a single pass — 540mm on the BP 600 AR 150, stepping up to 750mm across the rest of the range.
