Shrink Sleeve Applicators
A shrink sleeve applicator fits a tamper-evident band or full-body label around your product automatically, at a speed and consistency no hand-sleeving line can match. Our range runs from entry-level tamper-band applicators through to genuinely high-speed sleeving at 600 BPM, with every model built from stainless steel and backed by manufacturer warranty and AWC’s own local technical team. Tell us your product, output and floor space and we’ll match you to the right model.

About AWC Shrink Sleeve Applicators
Every applicator can be positioned directly over your existing conveyor, rather than requiring a dedicated standalone setup.
HMI + PLC control with multiple memory slots lets operators switch between job setups quickly, cutting downtime between runs.
Every machine is built from stainless steel, suited to food, drink and other clean or washdown environments.
The range scales from 35 BPM for large flat containers right up to 600 BPM on the LS-120, so there's a model matched to your actual throughput.
AWC’s shrink sleeve applicator range covers everything from tamper-evident neck bands to full-body decorative sleeves and adhesive-tape sleeving, running from 35 up to 600 bands per minute. Every model uses servo-driven label feeding and an HMI + PLC control system with multiple memory slots for fast job changeovers, and is built from stainless steel for food, drink and general industrial environments. Model choice comes down to your container shape, speed requirement, and label type: the CH-100 and LG-150 suit lower-to-mid volume tamper-evident and decorative sleeving, the LS-120 is built for genuinely high-speed lines up to 600 BPM, the SVA-150 handles large flat containers that would normally only be sleeved by hand, and the LR-100 is purpose-built for adhesive-tape packaging.
The CH-100 (up to 120 BPM) and LG-150 (100 – 600 BPM) suit lower-to-mid volume runs, the LS-120 is purpose-built for genuinely high-speed lines up to 600 BPM, and the SVA-150 runs at up to 35 boxes/min but handles large flat containers that other sleevers can’t.
The CH-100 and SVA-150 apply tamper-evident bands, the LG-150 and LS-120 apply full-body decorative sleeves, and the LR-100 is a dedicated adhesive-tape sleeving machine with a fixed tape size — each suited to a different packaging format rather than being interchangeable.
AWC can also supply your sleeving material in clear or printed designs, and every machine comes with a full specification brochure and backing from our in-house technical team.

Shrink Sleeve Applicator FAQs
They’re different speed tiers of the same sleeve/band applicator design: the CH-100 runs up to 120 BPM, the LG-150 runs 100 – 600 BPM, and the LS-120 is built specifically for high-speed lines up to 600 BPM.
The SVA-150 applies tamper-evident bands in a horizontal position, purpose-built for large flat containers that would typically only be able to be sleeved by hand.
The LR-100 is a dedicated adhesive-tape shrink sleeve applicator — it inserts the shrink band, places the paper label, and shrinks the full packaging in one machine, specifically for adhesive tape packaging rather than bottles or general containers.
Depending on the model, this range handles PVC, PET, OPS, PLA, and MD shrink film — see each product’s spec for its exact compatibility.
Each model’s own spec sheet lists 3-phase 220V, which differs from Australia’s standard 415V three-phase supply. Our team will confirm site power compatibility, including any step-down requirements, at quote stage.
